How do I send you my logins?
During the onboarding process, your account manager would request an Administrative user account for WordPress as well as a login for your web hosting dashboard. With these, we can set up routine site management like plugin and theme updates, malware & security scanning, as well as our daily offsite backups. We keep all client passwords stored in a 256-bit AES encrypted vault for ultimate safekeeping.
Will you help me in getting started?
Once you signup we will start sending you a series of introduction emails with details on how to effectively ask for edits, the best screen capture tools and other ways to get the most value out of your subscription.
Do you manage WooCommerce?
Yes, WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads and other Ecommerce plugins are supported.
What kind of response times can I expect?
We work with each client to establish specific expectations. Our measurable service levels specify clear consequences for not living up to agreed-upon expectations.
Is there a contract?
No. We don’t use shady cell phone provider tactics here. We believe in earning your business month after month, and you can cancel your service with us at any time, risk free.
How long will my plan take to be setup?
Once you sign up, we’ll have your plan set up within 24-48 hours. Everything from speed improvements to security optimization will be addressed by our team as per your onboarding checklist.
What’s included in unlimited edits?
Unlimited edits include edits to content, publishing and removing pages, publishing blog posts, plugin settings, and CSS changes. These unlimited edits do not include customized development (PHP, plugins, themes), updating custom code, graphic design, PSD to WordPress or building out a new website or subdomain.
Which hosting provider do you support?
Our services are compatible with any hosting provider. We understand that each website has different needs and that people have different budgets that they have to meet. If you’d like to change, we recommend our trusted hosting partners with whom we have close relationships which allow us to get priority support.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase of one of our plans. If you’re unsatisfied with your service for any reason during your first 30 days with us, we’ll give you back 100% of the money you gave us.
Do you fix Theme/Plugin breaks during updates?
The simple answer is that we fix it. We go out of our way to ensure compatibility before we update plugins, themes, or WordPress versions, but sometimes the results of an update are unexpected and things break. In those rare scenarios, we quickly repair the issue and contact the plugin or theme author so they can work on patching the issue.
